Pearl Properties
We maybe a small private business in a big market, but our strength lies in our attention to detail.
Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We privately own a small collection of properties on the island. Some properties we do offer to the rental market, but for the most part we are properties developers who buy homes that require modernisation.
Our concept is simple: our client / tenant comes first. We believe we have a duty of care to provide and maintain high standards in our rental properties.
We believe it is in our best interest and our client / tenant to build up a good working relationship. We are searching for tenants who will have a vested interest in the home and who will help maintain it to the high standard it is provide in..

MANNEX PROPERTIES BUILDERS
We are fortunate to be family related to Ken White of Mannex Properties. This means we have all the right contacts for any job that may require attention.
Ken White was the project Manager for the transformation of Coutts bank into luxurious apartments in Onchan. He has personally built many exclusive houses on the island, including the Greenlight TV building.
He is currently working on another large exclusive project. He is the most conscientious builder and no task is beyond his capability. This means our tenants can be confident that the landlords are pro-active and caring. We believe in investing in our properties.
It also means our renovation projects are completed to the highest standard by a time honoured builder.
